FOOD INTAKE :The fact is that food intake in your daily life plays a most important role in our daily life.what should we eat , How much should we eat,How much we should drink water,etc plays a important role in our healthy life routine.so here some points we need to give attention .




  • MEALS :At first our breakfast, it should be home made with non oily and ofcourse non spicy . we can take poha(one of my favorite), dosa, upma, idli, besan chilla, oats, milk, you can take allu paratha also with desi ghee.😊 After 1hr of breakfast you should take one cup of green tea.You should take green tea after 1hr of every meal.After that we come to our lunch . It should be finish between 1-2 pm. Here we can take one bowl of rice two chapaties and sabzi with dal but make sure curd should be added with your lunch. Try to take water after 1hr of every meal.Then come to our dinner, It should as light as possible and also it sholud be finished before 8pm.You can take salad or if you r feeling hungry then you can take one chapati with some sabzi.And most important to do your daily Exercises. Give atleast Half n hour from your time to your exercise or jugging. I can assure you after following this routine you need not to go any Gyms or else.Think HEALTHY and stay HEALTHY.:) Thank You.
